Duties
Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and organize freight within warehouses and yards
Manage freight movement by coordinating shipments, verifying delivery details, and ensuring timely processing
Drive commercial vehicles safely to transport goods between locations in compliance with all transportation laws and safety standards
Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Assist with the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, including automotive troubleshooting and diagnostics
Support warehouse operations by preparing freight for shipment, staging items for delivery,



and maintaining accurate inventory records
Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or damage

Skills
Proven experience operating forklifts and heavy machinery in a logistics or warehouse setting
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and shipping documentation
Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting vehicle issues quickly on-site
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various environments
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing freight documentation and inventory records
Valuable communication skills to coordinate with team members, drivers, and vendors

Pay: $21.77-$28.76 per hour
