Part-time junior bookkeeper for Chinese media company
Hours are versatile. Rate based on experience.
Qualifications:
Experience with accounting software esp. Accpac Sage ERP300
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Able to speak fluent Chinese to assist our client
Responsibilities:
Assist accounting department
Entries in Accpac AP & AR
Matching and preparing slips and paperwork
Assist in managing accounts payable
Assist in managing accounts receivable
Perform AR enquiry calls and sending email to customer
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
