This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or Team Leader from a burger, pizza, or other quick-service restaurant who is ready to lead a high-performing team and grow their career.

What You'll Bring

Previous leadership experience in a burger, pizza, or other quick-service restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling is an asset.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and reside in Saskatoon or the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members and shift leaders.
Create staff schedules and manage labour effectively.




Order and maintain inventory, supplies, and food products.
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service standards.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Handle cash reconciliation, deposits, and daily administrative paperwork.
Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
