Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project / Program Coordinator to support project delivery within a fast-paced PMO setting. % remote - 6 month contract to start with strong potential for renewal This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow their career in project delivery.

Youll play a key role in coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and supporting project managers, while gaining exposure to multiple initiatives across the organization.

Must have: Experience in a Project/Program Coordinator, Project Administrator, or PMO support role in an enterprise workplace Experience supporting project schedules, meetings, and coordination activities Exposure to working in a project-based environment (PMO preferred) Robust organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Experience with project tracking/scheduling (Microsoft Projects preferred) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) Nice to have: Experience leveraging tools and technology (including AI where applicable)



to improve efficiency in reporting and coordination Exposure to Service

Now Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders Track and manage action items, risks, and dependencies Maintain project schedules and status updates (MS Project or similar tools) Assist with project reporting, dashboards, and documentation Support change management tracking and project governance activities Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones What we are looking for: A detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities Someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and takes initiative A strong communicator who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams Interest in growing into a Project Manager or Program role over time
