Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Subcontractor to provide cleaning and facilities maintenance services for various commercial properties. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and facilities upkeep, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work independently while delivering high-quality service.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas
Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and light repairs
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure sanitation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces according to client specifications
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities
Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel or management




Adhere to established cleaning schedules and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transportation for traveling between job sites (if applicable)
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders if necessary
Must be punctual, dependable, and skilled in appearance and conduct

Pay: $2,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
