We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a strong customer service orientation. This is a commission only based position.

Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales and retail sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base
Engage in marketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
Analyze client needs through consultations and recommend suitable insurance products
Present and explain policy options clearly, emphasizing advantages and coverage details
Negotiate terms and facilitate the closing of insurance sales
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information using sales administration tools




Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance services within target markets
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Follow up with clients regularly to review coverage needs and identify opportunities for policy updates or additional products

Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred
Solid analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
Customer service experience with a focus on building long-term relationships
Knowledge of insurance sales processes and marketing strategies is a plus
Sales administration experience is beneficial for managing client data efficiently
Ability to work independently, demonstrate motivation, and achieve sales targets
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds

Pay: $35,500.00-$200,894.40 per year
