We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Full-Time Night Audit to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office during overnight hours and maintaining exact financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Proactively address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
Generate, verify, and balance daily financial reports with meticulous attention to detail.
Execute month-end accounting procedures accurately and on schedule.
Maintain a secure and organized front office environment throughout the night shift.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least one year of relevant experience in a hospitality or front office role.
Must be available to work strictly overnight shifts with hours between 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Demonstrated ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
High level of integrity and an excellent work ethic, particularly with monetary transactions.
Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports.
Ability to respond quickly and effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to work both individually and as part of a team.
High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse setting.
