Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a transport organization in Rocky View, Alberta on a long-term contract basis.

The successful candidate will support customer accounts, collections, and account resolution activities while working with a collaborative AR team.

Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer accounts and support timely payments.

Respond to invoice, account, and payment-related customer inquiries.

Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams.

Track collection activities and maintain accurate account records.

Use Excel to review account data, reconcile differences, and support follow-up activities.

Prioritize daily tasks while managing account reviews and customer requests.

Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Learn internal systems and processes to support efficient account management.
