Responsibilities
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards
Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring consistency in presentation and quality
Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed
Serve customers at the counter or through take-out orders with professionalism and friendliness
Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Requirements
Prior food service experience, especially in food preparation or restaurant settings, is preferred
Knowledge of cooking techniques related to pizza making and meal preparation
Experience with food handling and adherence to food safety standards
Solid serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
