Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and effective Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
Follow food safety protocols during food handling and preparation to ensure quality and hygiene.
Restock supplies as needed and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner to foster a positive experience.

Requirements
Previous barista experience preferred, with knowledge of food service operations.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
