Summary

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Comfort Suites in PEETERBOROUGH. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to comfort and hospitality. This position is vital in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our company's values.
Responsibilities
Greet and check-in guests efficiently and courteously.
Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and handle inquiries.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of guest stays and preferences.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.




Support administrative tasks related to front desk operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication skills, including multilingual abilities.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a skilled attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Availability
Available to work weekdays, weekends, day or evening/ night shifts
