Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Global Perks, Intelligent Services, and integrations with SAP HCM and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience and strong client-facing and communication skills. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including:

Core HR

Global Advantages

Intelligent Services

Integrations with SAP HCM and third-party applications

At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, including Benefits.

Experience working with SAP HCM.

Robust understanding of Core HR business processes.

Excellent verbal communication and client-facing skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel to client sites across Canada. Nice to Have

Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
