Family Counselling Centres is a dynamic group private practice with offices based out of Edmonton, Beaumont and Leduc. We are currently looking for a Registered Psychologist, Registered Provisional Psychologist or Social Worker (MSW) to join our busy practice for part-time or full-time work at our Edmonton office. In addition to traditional therapy, our clinic also specializes in play therapy and animal-assisted therapy. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience working with children and adolescents.

We are looking for practitioners who are currently registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists. We offer a competitive percentage split and are looking for someone long term to join our team. Applications will be accepted until a qualified candidate is found.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience working with children and parents
Post-masters training in play therapy (Level One minimum)
Experience working with trauma and attachment issues
Experience in private practice work and familiarity with “OWL Practice” for scheduling and record keeping is an asset




Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Liability/malpractice insurance
In good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
Flexibility in terms of availability
Experience conducting general assessments

Pay: $72.00-$132.00 per hour
