The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Sales, the Current Home Sales Administration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring contracts, pricing, documentation, and sales information are accurate, complete, and processed on time. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Drafting, Construction, and Office teams, helping support an exceptional customer experience from sale through construction.

What You'll Do
Review and process contracts, deal files, pricing, and sales documentation
Coordinate information between Sales and internal departments
Support promotions, community launches, and CRM activities
Maintain sales reports, spec lists, and key documentation
Assist with margin analysis, commission processing, and deal administration
List show homes and inventory homes on MLS
Respond to internal inquiries and help resolve administrative issues
Ensure information is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in sales administration, contract administration, project coordination, real estate, construction, mortgage,



or related environments
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A proactive, accountable, and customer-focused approach

Preferred Experience:
Residential construction or homebuilding
Real estate, legal, or mortgage administration
HomeFront, Sales Simplicity, or similar systems
