Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician at our apartment building, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-rise apartment building, located in downtown Victoria. This position requires a solid focus on general maintenance of the suites and building.

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on suites and the common areas
Troubleshoot and repair general electrical issues
Maintain company equipment needed to address maintenance needs
Tuesday - Saturday 8 am - 4 pm
drywall repairs, plumbing, minor electrical, general maintenance, hauling trash, general yard work
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance issues

Skills:
5+ years direct maintenance experience
All aspects of general maintenance for occupied and vacant suite turns




Drywall repairs, plumbing, minor electrical, general maintenance, hauling trash, general yard work
Ability to use general tools to complete maintenance work
Prior experience in building maintenance an asset
