We are seeking a talented and personable Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Provide skilled hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
Maintain a clean, organized workstation at all times
Follow all sanitation and safety protocols for tools, equipment, and shared spaces
Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Cleaning and Maintenance Duties
Clean personal station after every client, including chair, tools, counter, and surrounding area




Perform turn‑by‑turn mopping duties throughout the day to keep the salon floor spotless
Disinfect clippers, scissors, combs, and all tools according to health and safety standards
Assist with end‑of‑day cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, and sanitizing surfaces
Keep washrooms, waiting areas, and common spaces tidy and presentable
Restock towels, capes, and cleaning supplies as needed

Experience
3–4 years of experience as a Barber or Stylist preferred
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques
Familiarity with salon sanitation standards and cleaning procedures
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent client rapport
Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is an asset

Additional Requirement
Be prepared to bring your volunteer model for a trial demonstration during the interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
