We are seeking a skilled and personable Lash Technician to join our beauty team at Moon Salon on a part-time, commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about lash artistry and dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized lash services in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.

Duties
Perform lash extension services including classic, hybrid, and volume sets with precision and attention to detail
Provide lash fills, removals, and lash maintenance services
Conduct client consultations to determine desired lash styles and recommend suitable options
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth client flow
Stay updated on the latest lash techniques, trends, and products through ongoing education




Educate clients on proper lash aftercare to ensure long-lasting results

Requirements / Experience
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Lash Technician or in a similar professional salon setting
Must have a valid lash technician certification/license (required)
Robust knowledge of lash application techniques, safety, and sanitation standards
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in lash styling
Solid communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
Experience with additional beauty services (such as brows or waxing) is an asset but not required

Compensation
Commission-based pay (competitive percentage based on services)
