We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our growing rehab and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our patients. Should be Registered massage therapist in Ontario.
Responsibilities
Perform skilled massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, deep tissue, and other modalities.
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing workplace for clients before, during, and after sessions.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in accordance with privacy regulations.
Educate patients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary.
Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills
Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.
Excellent skills to ensure a positive patient experience and foster repeat business.
Strong communication skills for effectively understanding client needs and explaining treatment plans.
