Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cash/Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions accurately, and creating a welcoming environment for all shoppers. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, product returns and product purchases
Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments
Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies to provide informed assistance
Ensure excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer questions or concerns remotely
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise




Support team members with time management tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications
Solid communication skills in English
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures required
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Robust interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and upselling techniques
Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
