We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our resort facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and groundskeeping. Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on operational equipment and facility infrastructure
Troubleshoot and refer electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues to the appropriate service team vendor.
Lead maintenance projects, supervise junior team members, and ensure safety protocols are followed
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs




Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Qualifications
Proven experience in a facilities maintenance environment
Mechanical knowledge of groundskeeping and maintenance equipment
Ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively
