Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen setting by properly washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role is essential in supporting the overall food service operations and ensuring a smooth workflow in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to cleanliness and teamwork.

Duties
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all items are sanitized according to health standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning work areas
Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly during service hours
Follow safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation procedures
Restock supplies such as dish soap, towels, and cleaning agents to ensure continuous operation




Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with facility policies
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen environment

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items such as pots or trays as needed
