We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. Duties
Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
Perform various hair services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and styling
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure client safety
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products tailored to individual client needs
Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive salon experience and building rapport with clients
Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue




Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Expertise in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing techniques
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and team collaboration
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to increase sales opportunities
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations preferred but not required
Professional attitude with a focus on attention to detail and cleanliness
