Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.

Duties
Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive first impression
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed during busy periods
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing attentive guest service
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required




Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous
Effective communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
