Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Canada. Based at our headquarters, this role plays a vital part in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations aligned with our company’s mission of excellence and professionalism.'

Key Responsibilities
Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire packages and collecting required documents.
Maintain employee files and update HR records with accuracy.
Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee events.
Respond to basic employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate HR team member.
Assist with payroll and advantages administration tasks as needed.




Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and preparing HR documents.

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
0–1 year of HR experience (internships, co‑ops, or volunteer experience welcome).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is an asset.
