Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook food items efficiently and accurately, maintaining consistency across all orders
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation guidelines throughout your shift
Support the team during busy service times by ensuring timely meal preparation and service
Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and focus
Strong understanding of food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
