4G Motorsports is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing finance department. Duties
Manage and respond to incoming finance leads
Structure and close prime and subprime finance deals
Build strong relationships with lending institutions
Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals
Guide customers through the financing process from application to delivery
Present finance products and protection packages
Ensure all financing documentation is accurate and compliant
Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly sales and finance targets




Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process

Skills
Previous automotive or powersports finance experience preferred
Experience working with banks and lending institutions
Solid sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualified appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license
