Bartender

Duties:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take drink orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Prepare and mix cocktails according to established recipes and customer preferences
Check identification to ensure legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated customers
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters, washing glassware, and restocking supplies
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Skills:
Strong knowledge of catering, hospitality, food service, and the food industry
Proficient in basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and providing change
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Familiarity with operating a cash register and processing payments accurately




Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
Knowledge of retail math for pricing drinks and calculating discounts if applicable
Understanding of brewing techniques for beer-related inquiries

We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be knowledgeable about various beverages, and possess strong communication skills.
