Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Duties
Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks and ingredient organization
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
Help with food storage, inventory management, and restocking supplies
Ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times
Serve as a team player by supporting various kitchen functions as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working workplace

Qualifications




Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Robust attention to detail and good organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
Basic understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices
Kitchen experience within the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory
