Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Registered Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. You will work closely with patients of all ages, providing personalized care and treatment plans to meet their specific needs.
Duties:
Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities, limitations, and goals
Diagnose physical conditions and develop treatment plans(EHC/MVA)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide hands-on therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience:
Registered and in positive standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Physiotherapist in a clinical setting
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
Knowledge of acute care protocols and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
