Duties
Operate large and small landscape maintenance grass cutting mowers and trimmers, back pack blowers
Conduct gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, and turf management
Maintain landscape features through regular upkeep and seasonal adjustments
Use hand tools and power tools for repairs, installations, and routine maintenance tasks
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify repair needs
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance operationsQualifications
Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and repair
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Knowledge of irrigation systems and their installation or repair is desirable but not mandatory.
Background in construction or general maintenance work is advantageous
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including working outdoors in various weather conditions
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a proactive attitude
