Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full time Dental Associate to join our vibrant dental practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care in a supportive environment, helping patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles. Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care
Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Utilize dental software such as Cleardent for scheduling, charting, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping
Assist in diagnosing dental conditions by interpreting medical terminology and radiographs, including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) scans for restorative procedures
Provide compassionate care for pediatric patients (Pediatrics), creating a welcoming environment for children and their families




Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health
Maintain sterilization standards and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure clinical environment

Skills
Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is a robust plus
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry enhances communication with healthcare providers
Prior dental office experience demonstrates familiarity with clinical workflows and patient interactions
Ability to interpret CAD scans for restorative or orthodontic purposes adds value to treatment planning
Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members
Commitment to ongoing career development in dentistry and related technologies

Requirements
Successfuly completed National Denal Exam Board of Canada (NDEB) process
License administered by British Columbia of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)

Hours

Tuesdays - Saturdays 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
