As a Service Maintenance Technician, youll play a critical role in keeping this system live, reliable, and performing at its best both in the field and behind the scenes.

What Youll Be Doing Keep critical transit devices up and running across the network Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on smart fare systems Diagnose and resolve real-time issues and incidents Monitor system performance and run device diagnostics Support software updates and system releases Track and manage device inventory and components Collaborate with transit agencies, internal teams, and vendors Deliver against high SLA expectations in a fast-paced setting Requirements What You Bring Background in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or similar)
