Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support recovery across various clinical settings. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
Provide hands-on therapy including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance
Document patient interactions accurately in medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
Qualifications
Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with relevant licensing authorities
Proven experience in hospital, outpatient settings,
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures related to physical therapy
Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when necessary
Prior experience working with diverse patient populations is advantageous
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards
Bachelor or Master degree is an asset

Availability for alternate weekend would be required
Compensation:
Split compensation based on experience will be provided
Admin support with mentorship will be provided
