What you will be doing: Lead and manage field operations, including full responsibility for project costing and expenses Oversee structural steel erection activities alongside site leadership teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental programs Drive project planning, execution, and close-out across multiple projects Develop and manage project schedules, including labour, equipment, and materials Monitor project performance through forecasting, budgeting, and production tracking Manage invoicing, cash flow, and vendor payments Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners Support estimating, proposals, and new business prospects where required Mentor and lead site and project teams including Superintendents, Foremen, and Engineers What you must have: 8+ years of construction project management experience Strong background in structural steel erection (essential)



Experience within industrial or infrastructure projects (bridges experience is an asset) Background working with a General Contractor is preferred Solid leadership and team management capability Solid understanding of crane, rigging, and lifting operations Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar is an asset Professional Engineer designation is a plus but not required Strong communication skills across stakeholders Salary/Rate Range: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
