We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative clinic environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. At SMILE Therapy for Kids Burlington, we are a dynamic, interdisciplinary pediatric clinic offering highly specialized services in Physiotherapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and Chiropractic Care. We are a supportive, collaborative team passionate about helping children thrive through engaging, family-centred care.

Responsibilities
Individualized assessments of children with all abilities
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants (in session or delegating care)
Accurate and timely completion of evaluations, treatment notes, progress notes and therapy reports
Adhere to rules, regulations and laws established by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Qualifications
Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Experience in pediatrics (preferred)
Positive, energetic, and engaging personality
Strong team player who thrives in a cooperative workplace
Motivated to continue learning and developing clinical skills
