Artisan Roofing is looking for a hands on Project Manager to lead residential roofing projects throughout the HRM.

You'll spend your days on job sites, supporting crews and subcontractors, solving problems, managing customers, and keeping projects moving. During peak season, the pace is quick, the expectations are high, and no two days look the same.

We're looking for a construction leader who thrives in the field, takes ownership, and isn't afraid to make decisions.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing multiple active roofing projects
Leading crews and subcontractors
Conducting site visits, inspections, and quality checks
Coordinating materials, schedules, and project logistics
Solving problems before they become delays
Communicating with customers throughout their project
Maintaining safety, quality, and production standards
Supporting and developing field staff

What We're Looking For
Roofing experience strongly preferred (asphalt and steel)




Experience leading crews and subcontractors
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using software and mobile apps
Valid driver's license

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
