The intent is to build a recent panel of patients from the Lake Cowichan area.
The Kaatza Clinic is a part of the Cowichan PCN and has access to team-based care.
This role would work alongside another family physician, 2 NPs, 2 MOA and 1 RN; and has access to a PCN Social Worker and Pharmacist.
The clinic is co-located with public health and community health services.
Start Date As soon as possible Perks May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), such as: Recruitment Incentive (pro-rated for part time) $10, Relocations Costs Reimbursement up to a maximum of $15, Fee Premium 4.48% Annual Flat Fee $6,.72 Rural CME years 3 & 4 $2,, $4, after 4 years The above amounts are current as of December and may be subject to change.
