Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to support an ETRM upgrade project using Allegro and Trading and Risk Management processes Join a large-scale ETRM initiative within the power and utilities sector focused on upgrade project delivery.

This contract opportunity supports a multi-month engagement involving Allegro and Trading and Risk Management business analysis activities.

The project is expected to run for approximately 45 months and offers exposure to a major energy trading setting.

Contract, Calgary, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 10+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Proven experience delivering Allegro ETRM implementation, upgrade, migration, or enhancement projects , including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment support.





Robust understanding of physical and financial energy trading processes , including front, middle, and back-office functions.

Demonstrated experience working with Trading and Risk Management stakeholders , supporting processes such as trade capture, scheduling, settlements, risk reporting, valuation, and P&L; reporting.

Hands-on experience leading business requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional specification development for ETRM projects.

Experience supporting system integration, data migration, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization activities within ETRM settings.
