What youll do: Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, with a focus on farm, acreage, and agricultural needs Stock, face, and organize merchandise in the store, warehouse, and yard Receive, handle, and store inventory appropriately Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards throughout the facility Support daily operational duties as assigned Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Who you are: You have strong customer service and communication skills You are farm-oriented and knowledgeable about agricultural, farm, or acreage environments You understand the needs of farmers, acreage owners, and rural customers You are dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team You are comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting heavy merchandise You are committed to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized environment You are willing to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities Previous retail,
