Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, ergonomics, and self-management techniques.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic patient support.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments,
and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Promote a protected and welcoming setting by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing body
Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services across various clinical settings is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based treatment methods.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with specialized populations such as pediatrics or sports injuries, proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), and additional certifications in manual therapy or sports physiotherapy. !
