Our Employer Partner is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their growing hearing healthcare team. About the Role

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will:
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments
Recommend and fit hearing devices
Provide ongoing client support
Build solid relationships within the local medical and community network

This role blends clinical expertise, client care, and business development within a collaborative team workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesHearing Assessments & Client Care
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and hearing aid candidacy assessments
Interpret hearing test results and provide qualified recommendations
Select, fit, verify, and adjust hearing devices based on client needs




Deliver exceptional client care from initial consultation through follow-up appointments
Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Hearing Aid Technology & Troubleshooting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technology and industry advancements
Support clients with fittings, adjustments, and troubleshooting
Create ear impressions and assist with customization
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs or calibration

Client Relationship Management
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful
