We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile coaching experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery activities.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Track sprint progress, Agile metrics, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
Solid knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Protected methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps.
Excellent leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) is preferred.
Available to join within one week.
Comfortable attending an onsite interview.
Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
