As the first point of contact for our loyal clientele, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience that aligns with the Porsche brand's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Excellence:

Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.

Manage incoming calls and inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Customer Service:

Provide impeccable customer service, understanding and anticipating client needs to enhance their experience at Porsche Centre Kelowna.

Assist clients with inquiries, providing refreshments, and maintaining explicit lines of communication
Administrative Proficiency:

Execute light accounting tasks, supporting the accounting team as needed.

Support sales and service departments by maintaining organized documentation and assisting with customer inquiries.
Professionalism and Presentation:





Uphold a high standard of personal and professional presentation to reflect the luxury and precision synonymous with the Porsche brand.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, contributing to an inviting and premium atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the automotive or luxury sector.

Strong administrative skills, including basic accounting knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable with basic accounting software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment.
