Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience and a true passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for both front and back of house
Deliver outstanding hospitality and a memorable guest experience
Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Monitor food quality and plate presentation to brand standards
Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively
Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching
Order and manage inventory for food and supplies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Control operational costs and reduce waste
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
Promote the restaurant within the local community through events and engagement
Train and develop new and existing employees according to Pür & Straightforward standards

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
Available for early mornings and weekends
Reliable transportation to Mississauga location (L5N 8J4)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Smart Serve, Food Handler Certification, and Driver’s License (preferred)
