We are a full-service 24 hour veterinary hospital offering regular preventative veterinary care and around-the-clock emergency services. We have been proudly serving our community in Brampton for over 30 years. Job Responsibilities
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic client care
Ensure every client feels welcome and valued
Answer phones and emails, respond to client needs
Phone triage, assess urgency of pet health concerns
Schedule and confirm appointments
Process insurance claims
Prepare invoices and handle payments
Maintain and update client records using Avimark software
Perform administrative duties
Maintain hospital cleanliness

Job Requirements:

As our ideal candidate, you will:
Have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills




Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and basic office equipment
Passion for animals and genuine care for pet owners’ needs
Excel in handling stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
Have prior knowledge or the ability to work with Avimark software
Be an excellent team player, who loves to learn
Be proactive and take initiative to work effectively without supervision
Be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a 24 hour, 365 day a year hospital. Regular evening shifts (ending at 11pm) and weekend shifts are an absolute requirement
Able to lift 50 pounds

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
