Regional Service Supervisor – Rotating Equipment

Location: Brampton, ON
Region: Eastern Canada

Natpro is seeking a Regional Service Supervisor to lead our service shop and field service operations across Eastern Canada. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional with a robust background in pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment.

Responsibilities
Supervise service technicians and field service personnel.
Coordinate repairs, overhauls, assemblies,



and field service activities.
Ensure safe, productive, and high-quality execution of all work.
Support customer service, operational excellence, and business growth.
Drive continuous improvement in service processes and productivity.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a rotating equipment service or repair environment.
Solid knowledge of pumps, compressors, and related mechanical equipment.
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
P.Eng., CET, RET, Millwright, or similar technical certification is considered an asset.
