Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial work, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Duties
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed
Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety regulations
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned




Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members

Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred, especially hotel or industrial cleaning experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Valuable physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as standing, bending, lifting (up to 40 pounds), and walking for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn recent skills and adhere to company policies and standards

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
