What you will be doing: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on the luxury segment.

Build and manage relationships with architects, high-end builders, and developers.

Conduct skilled presentations andlunch & learnsfor architecture and design firms.

Applyvalue-added sellingtechniques to position North Shore Door as the preferred premium solution.

Prospect and cold call to identify new opportunities (hunter mentality).

Provide education and support onhigh-end window systems.

Represent North Shore Door brand at trade shows and industry events.

Work with internal teams on quotes, project management, and customer service.

Stay current on design trends and competitive products.

We will train the right personwho demonstrates potential and motivation.

What you must have: 5+ years in sales, ideally in luxury building products or architectural solutions.





Comfortable presenting to architectsand engaging design professionals.

Familiarity with high-end residential/commercial construction preferred.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing a territory independently.

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Architecture, or related field is a plus.
