Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in language instruction, experience working with children, and a commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Duties
Develop and deliver engaging French lessons tailored to students’ age and proficiency levels
Create lesson plans that incorporate cultural elements, language skills, and interactive activities
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special educational needs or learning challenges
Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum improvements and extracurricular activities
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements
Proofread and review instructional materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and appropriateness for the target age group
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates




Support tutoring sessions or additional help for students requiring extra assistance in French or related subjects

Experience
Proven classroom experience with adult students, including managing diverse learning needs
Strong background in language instruction, particularly in French, with knowledge of teaching methodologies
Experience with math integration or cross-disciplinary activities is a plus
Knowledge of special education practices to support inclusive classroom settings
Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
