Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy hours




Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety standards are met
Support the overall operation of the kitchen, including stock rotation and inventory management

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with serving, meal preparation, and food handling best practices
Passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn new skills
